Wake County Public Health Center

Wake County's main health clinics are located in the Public Health Center, located at 200 Swinburne Street in Raleigh. Services included: multiple health clinics, a dental clinic, prevention programs, WIC and access to Medicaid. Some of these services are also provided in other locations across the county.

Our public health and clinical programs work with many local nonprofits, faith-based organizations and local municipalities to provide seamless and cohesive services to our community.
