Scheduling Your Group Program for Schools or Organized Groups
Group and outreach (offsite) programs are free and are designed to be 60 minutes in length, however, may be adjusted to meet your group's needs.
We are able to accommodate up to 4 staff-led programs per visit with 30 participants per program. Groups must have a minimum of 10 participants, please reach out to the park if you are interested in a group program for less than 10 participants.
Requests must be submitted at least one month in advance by completing the Beech Bluff County Park: Group Program Request form. Submitting a request form does not guarantee we can support your group program request. It is recommended you review the appropriate Group Program Guide for your group prior to submitting your request to learn more information about what you can expect and specific program offerings. This information can be found under the corresponding Group Program Opportunities tab.
If you have specific questions, needs or requests, please contact the park at 919-255-7290 or email beechbluff@wake.gov.
