Wake County Permits and Inspections provides building permitting and inspection services for all unincorporated areas of Wake County and, through contractual agreements, offers inspection services to the towns of Knightdale, Rolesville, Wendell and Zebulon.

The cut-off time for requesting next-day inspections for Building, Trade, and Fire Services permits is 3:00 p.m.
To ensure your inspection is scheduled for the next business day, please submit your request before 3:00 p.m. on the previous business day.
