UPDATE: Proposed Zebulon National Register Historic District
On January 11, 2022, the Wake County Historic Preservation Commission unanimously voted to recommend denial of the proposed Zebulon National Register Historic District.
In the coming months, the Historic Preservation Commission will be involved in discussions related to updating the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) and possibly other county policies related to preservation in Wake County. More information will be posted here in the future.
