Wake Wheels for Health is a staff-coordinated mobile resource dedicated to delivering essential Public Health programs and services directly to communities across Wake County. Through the efforts of our community health workers, nurses and program staff, we provide health education and empower residents with the knowledge and tools they need to live healthier lives.
We’re more than just a mobile unit. We’re a hub for collaboration. By encouraging public participation and strengthening partnerships among individuals, organizations and community stakeholders, we create opportunities for fair and equitable access to health resources for all.
