Are you a landlord or developer interested in providing affordable housing for veterans and their families in Wake County? If so, connect with our Landlord Engagement Unit (LEU)! The LEU seeks to create partnerships with housing providers to increase the supply of affordable housing through an incentive program. The Lease to Home Incentive Program will provide financial support to participating housing providers in Wake County to assist in making their rental homes affordable.
Who We Are
Lease to Home is a program under the Landlord Engagement Unit within Wake County's Housing Affordability and Community Revitalization Department. Lease to Home will bridge the gap between Housing Provider Partners with affordable rental homes and Wake County residents seeking permanent housing.
Many experiencing homelessness face barriers when trying to access permanent housing. Our goal is to help expand the pool of affordable housing to these individuals.
