The Watershed Management team is offering permit consultation meetings for single-lot projects. This consultation is to assist customers with projects near flood hazard areas, proposing an impervious area exceedance and to determine whether a land disturbance or stormwater permit is needed for the single-lot project.
Larger projects, such as for subdivisions or commercial sites, can also submit a consultation request through the form below; however, due to the larger size of the project, the review time for the request may take longer.
