Join Dr. Richard Seader, longtime meditator & national speaker, for a deep and engaging meditation workshop.

In this workshop Dr. Seader will help us understand what keeps us separated from our inner self and others.  Through Meditation and the explaining of the meditative techniques he will lay out a plan that will help us reconnect with our world, each other and most importantly our inner self.  The peace and love that is awakened through meditation becomes a shield to the challenging times we now face.  Dr. Seader is a meditation instructor and long-time meditator. Join him for this powerful workshop. There will be a chance to practice this time-tested technique and an opportunity for informative questions and answers.
