Keeping the Farm Workshop

The Wake County Soil and Water Conservation District invites landowners, farmers and forest owners to attend this annual workshop focused on protecting and planning for working lands.

Participants will hear from local experts on:

• Property tax updates
• Deeds and public records
• Farm safety and security (Wake County Sheriff’s Office)
• Farm pond management
• Farm succession planning
• Wildlife programs and services
• Voluntary Agricultural Districts

Space is limited and registration is required.

Register by February 25 to receive a free lunch.
