Learn about local planning initiatives underway in your community, and provide feedback on proposed land use designations at this in-person meeting.

Land use is an issue that impacts everyone in a community. The way land is used is a key factor in how far we travel to the store, work, school or medical facilities. Land use dictates the character of a community by defining what can be built, if anything, in a given area.

This meeting will showcase a presentation of the current planning environment and the proposed Middle Creek Area Plan, which has been developed with community input. Following the presentation there will be an opportunity to speak with Wake County planners one-on-one and a platform to provide input on the type of community characteristics desired by the people who live, work and play in the Middle Creek study area.
