Mindfulness with Tai Chi
About This Event
This class takes place on every 3rd Thursday of the month. Need to quiet your mind or relax your body? Mindful Tai Chi takes the meditative combination of breath and movement known as Tai Chi, and adds mindfulness methods to allow learners to experience the process of "adjusting the body, breathing, and mind." This will be a monthly class. All abilities and experience levels are welcome; each class will start with the basics. Registration required. Ages 16 and up.
