About This Event

Wake County’s Division of Solid Waste Management is excited to host a free public screening of Refabricate. The 27-minute film presentation will be followed by a panel discussion with filmmaker Brielle Barozzini, local entrepreneurs and recycling experts.

Refabricate is a short experimental documentary about sustainable fashion innovation across the Triangle area. Presented like a collage-style digital fashion magazine, it aims to educate audiences about the research and creativity driving the slow fashion movement and sustainability. The film highlights the stories of researchers, entrepreneurs and designers.

Reserve My SeatNote: If you are unsure if you can attend now, no worries! Walk-ins are also encouraged the day of the event if seating is available. Light refreshments will be served.
