The Wake County Health & Human Services Board will discuss proposed changes to the Wake County Regulations Governing Well Construction at its meeting on December 19, 2024, at 7:30 a.m. The meeting will be held at the Wake County Health & Human Services Center Somerset, Room 1700, 4401 Bland Road, Raleigh.

The proposed changes aim to update the process for approving well construction variance requests. The new regulations will go into effect once approved.
