Project Summary

South Wilmington Street Center is located at 1420 South Wilmington Street, Raleigh, NC, and operates as a Men’s Shelter that provides a range of support services and shelter to the homeless male population of Wake County.

The project construction scope will include the interior renovation of 5 restrooms (toilet & shower rooms). The restroom work shall consist of the complete interior finish replacement, new toilet partitions, ADA modifications, and associated plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work.  The project will also consist of mechanical system ventilation upgrades and the replacement of existing water heating systems.

Construction will begin in the fall of 2023 and is anticipated to be complete by late summer 2024.
