New GIS Help Desk

Wake County GIS has launched a new online help desk portal to make it easier for residents, businesses, municipal partners and other public users to request GIS support.

The new portal will provide a more streamlined way to submit GIS questions and service requests, track progress and receive updates. Whether you need help with maps, data, addressing, property information or other GIS services, the portal will help route your request to the right team more efficiently.

Wake County GIS creates, manages and analyzes geospatial information that is used in decision making by government agencies, nonprofits, businesses, educational institutions and residents. We make it accessible to the public through apps, via online and downloadable maps, and through the Open Data Portal.
