To promote heart health, Elizabeth Spender-Smith, Health Educator with Wake County Health and Human Services will share tips on reducing heart disease and saving a life with hands only CPR. Note this is not a CPR certification class, but participants will be able to practice chest compressions and using an AED. Ages 16 and up. Registration required.
