About This Event

Lace up those sneakers and join us for a six-week adventure at the summer Couch to 5K program!

Wake County's Health Promotion Chronic Disease Prevention Section is once again partnering with the City of Raleigh’s Parks and Recreation Department to offer a “Couch to 5K” six-week beginners’ running clinic. This program is open to community members, Wake County employees, and their family members (10 years of age and older). Participants under 16 must be accompanied by a guardian.

In-person training sessions will take place every week. Each participant will receive a weekly training calendar to help prepare them for the next week’s session. On the last day, we will run a 5k!
