Come join Margaret and Jonny, on this stretch of Crabtree Creek that needs our help to remove litter! Breakfast and lunch provided by Big Sweep and our partners, Heidelberg Materials. Last time we were on this stretch we took out everything from shopping carts, tires, springs, legos, an old radio, and more! Volunteers will paddle down the creek with a floatilla of others grabbing any and all litter they find along the way. It is recommended you have some paddling experience. Big Sweep will be providing watercrafts for those that do not have them. There are a limited number of spots for this cleanup. Drinking water, closed-toed shoes, sunscreen, and a hat are recommended.

Volunteers will check in and be given breakfast. Afterwards, watercrafts will be provided if you do not have one and we will take off down the creek. You may bring and use your own paddle craft (motorized craft are not allowed). Depending on how much trash, the float may go a little after 12 p.m. In the event of bad weather, the rain date is scheduled for June 8th Saturday 7 AM - 12 PM.

Volunteers must be at least 18 years old! Adults only please. Each volunteer must sign a liability waiver.
