Wake County Condom Distribution Sites (CDS)

About CDS

The Wake County Health & Human Services HIV/STD Community Program has established numerous Condom Distribution Sites (CDS) throughout the county. The purpose of the CDS is to reduce rates of HIV and other Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STDs) by improving access to prevention methods.

Our program provides free condoms and educational materials to participating barber shops, beauty salons, tattoo parlors, laundries, markets and other local businesses.  These community partners volunteer to display CDS materials free of charge to improve community members' access to condoms and education and testing information.

If you are a business owner in Wake County and would like more information about becoming one of our community CDS partners, please call 919-623-8282. Look on the map below to find a CDS near you. Click on an icon to view contact information, including address and phone number.
