North Regional Library

The North Regional Library temporarily closed for renovation on Sunday, Oct. 10, 2021. The library is getting new flooring, paint and furniture, and will have an updated layout. The library will reopen Summer of 2022.
Southgate Community Library

The Southgate Community Library was refurbished with carpet, paint, new furnishings, new shelving and an updated floor plan. The library reopened on Friday, Feb. 4, 2022.
Duraleigh Community Library

The Duraleigh Road Community Library was refurbished with carpet, paint, new furnishings and an updated floor plan. The renovation was completed in Spring 2021.
Eva Perry Regional Library

Olivia Raney Local History Library

Project Completed: 2021
The renovated spaces have a fresh look and layout. Patrons can enjoy new furnishings and seating areas while learning about local history. The project addressed building problems that came with age and added efficiencies to the facility.
Cary Regional Library
New Construction
Project Completion: 2019
The 23,450-square-foot library features a collection of 90,000 books and offers spaces for browsing, attending library programs, a community meeting room and quiet study. This project was a unique partnership with the Town of Cary and included construction of a new Town parking deck to serve library patrons and Town residents.
Fuquay-Varina Community Library
New Construction
Project Completion: 2019
The new library (9,800 square feet) doubled the previous collection size, increased the number of public computers and expanded library program spaces. Other features include free Wi-Fi and self-checkout.
