Certain errors that appear on the original certificate or information not given at time of death may be corrected. Amendments are done by appointment between 8:30 and 11:30 a.m. and between 2:30 and 4 p.m.
Fees associated with amendments include $15 for North Carolina Vital Records and $10 processing fee for Wake County Register of Deeds.
