Wake County Facilities to Close Sunday Due to Inclement Weather

With winter weather predicted to impact Wake County this weekend, the following county facilities/services will be closed Sunday, Jan. 16:

Wake County Emergency Management staff will continue to monitor the forecast throughout the storm and determine if any additional schedule changes are needed.

In addition, all Wake County offices, Wake County Public Libraries and the Wake County Animal Center will be closed Monday, Jan. 17, in honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Wake County parks and Wake County Waste and Recycling facilities will open as usual, weather permitting.
