Campaign Finance Reporting Schedules

Wake County committees should file reports according to the contest or ballot initiative they are involved in. Reporting schedules are determined by §163-278.40 and §163-278.9

Active committees are required to file semi-annual reports every six months during non-election years.

Reports must bear an original "wet-ink" signature and be submitted in person or via mail.
